We participate in many insurance plans for medically necessary, non-cosmetic services.

If you have a managed care insurance plan, please make sure that we participate in your plan. We suggest that you check directly with your insurance company if there is any question.

As of July 3, 2017, we participate in the following insurance plans. This is subject to frequent change, so please check with us immediately before your scheduled appointment to make sure we still participate in your plan on the date of your appointment.
