We participate in many insurance plans for medically necessary, non-cosmetic services.
If you have a managed care insurance plan, please make sure that we participate in your plan. We suggest that you check directly with your insurance company if there is any question.

We do not participate in the following:
- Medicare Advantage Plan by Aetna, etc.
- Medicare Advantage Plans through companies not listed above
- Humana commercial plans
- CIGNA
- Aetna
- Out-of-state Medicaid plans
