We participate in many insurance plans for medically necessary, non-cosmetic services. If you have a managed care insurance plan, please make sure that we participate in your plan. We suggest that you check directly with your insurance company if there is any question.
As of July 1, 2024, we participate in the following insurance plans. This is subject to frequent change, so please check with us immediately before your scheduled appointment to make sure we still participate in your plan on the date of your appointment.
- Medicare Advantage Plans through United Healthcare, Humana, BlueCross BlueShield of NC, and Wellcare
- BlueCross BlueShield of NC commercial plans (and many out-of-state BCBS plans that process through BCBSNC--check your card)

Most employer plans through Crescent PPO (check your directory to be sure we participate in your employer’s plan)
We do not participate in the following:
- Medicare Advantage Plans by Aetna or companies not listed above
- CIGNA
- UHC Community Healthcare Plan of NC (Medicaid)
- Out-of-state Medicaid plans
