We ask your cooperation in not working in other members of your family at the time of your appointment. Additional time must be allowed and separate registrations completed for each family member seen by the doctor.

Our office staff members have been trained to answer many of your questions. If they are unable to answer your question, they will relay your message to the doctor. Please do not be offended if staff members ask the nature of your call. They will maintain the confidentiality of your problem, but they do need to know details that will enable them to obtain the most accurate information for you.

Dr. Masters does not make telephone diagnoses or order prescription medications by telephone for disorders they are not currently treating or for individuals he has not seen as patients.

When the office is closed during lunch and after hours, you may leave a message on our voice message system and we will return your call as soon as we reopen. Instructions for problems related to current dermatologic treatment are given on the after-hours message. If you have a life-threatening emergency, please call 911.
